GoToMeeting allowed us to work together as a firm and with the client. As the host must provide permission each time a participant wishes to share the screen, the technology becomes somewhat cumbersome to manage when there are more than 10 participants in the meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to the fact that the tool's settings are simple enough that even a novice user may use them to get a handle on the full scope of call referrals, I like Face-to-face conversation that is maintained throughout the connection is possible from any location using a computer or mobile device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While GoTo Meeting's recording option is better than nothing, it falls short of the capabilities of more robust video conferencing solutions. Some limitations include the inability to make changes to recorded meetings or add comments, as well as a lack of flexible sharing options.

The high-definition video and audio are wonderful. You can count on it to work every time, and that's a huge plus. GoToMeeting provides a helpful customer service team and a free trial period. With the new mobile version, I find myself utilizing it more and more frequently because of how quickly and easily it can be set up. GoTo Meeting's scalability makes it a good fit for organizations of all sizes. Sharing the browser and/or the screen is a great feature that saves time and effort. The product is flexible enough to accommodate your schedule.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting has a few drawbacks, such as: To hold several meetings, a large corporation may find the expense of using GoToMeeting prohibitive because it is a paid service. Restrictions on how many people may join a meeting at once depend on the GoToMeeting package you choose. Some users may have trouble with GoToMeeting since they don't have a fast enough internet connection. GoToMeeting's lack of extensive personalization options might be problematic for certain users.

The answer works well for gatherings of twenty or more people. The software is ideal for webinars because to the group chat feature and the ability to observe another user's screen. GoTo has several eye catching features but mine favourite one is that their Toll-free and Call me feature available for more than 50 countries which really is convenient if other end of client doesn't have the application installed and can dial in quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoTo meeting can work littel on their UI part to make it more approachable otherwise product is excellent with great voice and video conferencing performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will highly recommend GoTo meeting to the organisation who are looking out for maximum uptime of the Cloud based critical conferencing to be hosted for worldwide.
