What differentiates GetResponse from other similar products?
The software was simple to learn and quick to set up, and it had the highest email deliverability of any similar programs I tested. Excellent response time and service quality. It made creating an email simple and aided me in expanding my client base. The ability to schedule emails was a huge time-saver for busy office workers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software has been useful for me in sending out newsletters and periodicals to subscribers. It is possible to pre-write emails and send them at a later time. As an autoresponder, it was among the quickest and smoothest programs I've ever used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer segmentation can be confusing at first. It was initially a little of a hassle to track down more advanced statistics. Upgrading with the times is essential, therefore providing customers with more options for plugins is a great way to attract new people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can always have a conversation and get assistance when you need it. We can't put a price on this. What's more, they respond quickly. There won't be any more than a minute or two of waiting. The ability to track the locations and identities of email openers is a nice perk.
