Bouvet: From Website to Employee Platform
Bouvet, a Scandinavian consulting company with over 1,800 employees in 16 offices across Norway and Sweden, decided to change their digital presence entirely. They went from a regular product-catalogue website to a communication platform, not only for their customers, but also for their own employees. The goals were to recruit the right people, increase sales, and strengthen Bouvet’s brand. See what Bouvet's employees think about the Enonic platform and share their experiences in this case study video with Casper Ninteman.
Office League: Table Football Goes Digital
Visit: https://officeleague.rocks/ Is it an app? Is it a website? It’s Office League, a progressive web app taking table football to the next level! A progressive web app is essentially a website that can work like a native app, with super-easy and quick installs, always the newest version, and better performance. It even works offline! So with all these benefits in mind, the foosball crazy team at Enonic decided to build a reference case, in the form of Office League. Whether you are two or four players, Office League lets you easily record each goal as the match progresses to the climax. Create your own league, invite your colleagues, and play like you mean it! Afterwards, you can see your ranking, the number of games you have played, how many goals you have scored, your teams, and other data. Office League makes table football even more fun, and we use it all the time here at Enonic. So, what are you waiting for? Kick that ball in the goal!

A Versatile Content Management System
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Enonic from other similar products?
Customized content types, fields, labels, and more can be created to fit your content strategy. For example, a “Campaign Landing Page” content type can be created to standardize landing pages, ensuring consistency while enabling non-technical users to publish pages. Enonic provides responsive layouts and integrated personalization, allowing for optimized content across multiple devices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform offers an intuitive WYSIWYG editor, drag-and-drop UX builder, and in-line editing, streamlining workflows for managing a company website and marketing campaigns. Marketing teams can easily publish, distribute, and update content without requiring coding skills, while the permissions settings enable collaboration while maintaining oversight. These tools save time and reduce headaches.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Enonic's default admin UI is functional but outdated. The content relationship manager could be streamlined. Although extensive, the documentation is highly technical, making the learning curve steeper. Expanding UI customization and providing an easy-to-use guide tailored to marketers could simplify adoption.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Enonic is a good fit for digital marketing teams. It supports our websites, landing pages, emails, and more. We have improved our conversion rates by taking advantage of its personalization and multi-site management capabilities. Additionally, the open-source model allows us to fully customize as needed and avoid vendor lock-in. Enonic is a CMS that is well-suited for marketers.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Enonic from other similar products?
Enonic allows our team to customize and repurpose a variety of content types, including photography, case studies, interviews, portfolios, services, landing pages, and recipes. Gives administrators the option to create unique access rights and organize content in tree structures. It also enables common connectors with popular marketing tools and front-end frameworks, and is designed for agile development. We can even create our own back-end services and APIs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Website administration. Document indexing and version control. Export and import content. Cloud-based subscription. Guillotine query editor. GraphQL schema preview.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For the WYSIWYG editor, configuration options are missing. Long build times during development.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Enonic is a small but feature-packed ecosystem, you'll find stuff on the market for most things you'll need in your Business. The site includes an easy-to-use interface for novice content providers, fast page generation, and direct communication channels with Enonic staff through a forum and Slack channel.

User-friendly tool for the workplace
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Enonic from other similar products?
Enonic provides our organization with a tool for a large number of non-professional users around the country. After spending some time online, this seems to flow well. Enonic serves as our primary communication route with clients and the public at large.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Enonic was a wonderful tool for us. Enonic's staff is accessible through their forum or Slack, and the community supports one another in resolving problems and concerns. I've used similar CMS programs like Optimizely for a short while (formerly Episerver). They release a strong product that is overly grand right away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm not sure if I have any particular drawbacks, however, occasionally Enonic takes a while to build features that we request through our partner. But they pay attention and consider our advice. I want to see this product dominate the market and get better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For small, medium, and big websites, Enonic XP can be utilized in a typical monolithic style, a pure headless approach, or even a hybrid method. This makes the platform ideal for us since it enables us to create experiences that are user-focused without being constrained by the platform.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Unique Features
- Effective Service
- Respectful
