This product is an all-in-one analytics platform for complicated IT ecosystems. It enables automatic IT infrastructure monitoring, detects network disturbances, and gives thorough reporting to help locate application slowdowns, serious system failures, and other issues. It extensively tracks the performance and health of the entire IT framework using both agentless and agent-based methodologies. It speeds up problem resolution by simplifying the process of debugging performance issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The eG solution gives me a lot of visibility while also presenting data in a really useful way. I currently run the product for several of our clients, and I can work on more essential requirements knowing that the IT infrastructure is in good working order. It excels in identifying root issues and quickly correcting them, hence improving the overall customer experience. The system offers unparalleled visibility, encompassing not only application performance but also user experience, supporting infrastructure, and business processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product may appear expensive at first, but when its wide capabilities and scalability are considered, its value becomes clear. It enables seamless visibility extension, reducing the need for various additional products to be integrated. The difficulty with eG is justifying the first expenditure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

eG Enterprise provides extensive monitoring capabilities; it monitors servers, apps, networks, and, in general, the complete infrastructure. It is a comprehensive and adaptable monitoring solution with extensive app diagnostic features. It detects app slowdowns and pinpoints the source of the downtrend. The instrument is costly, but it offers good value for money.

What differentiates eG Enterprise from other similar products?

Ease of use and wide range of capabilities. I've used eG Enterprise earlier and recommended to my organization. I found the latest version very easy to deploy - lots of automation. Auto-discovery has improved and they can literally monitor anything you need to keep track off. The visualization is also intuitive and easy to use. I'd recommend this solution for anyone looking for end-to-end monitoring tools that cover both application and infrastructure stacks. Their support is great - you don't just get to talk to level 1 support, i've had access to engineers who can provide hands on assistance when needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The topology view that gives a quick overview of the entire infrastructure is great. I also like their stack model view that makes it simple to determine where are the problems - which layer, and who to call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration can be improved. Need to get assistance from their engineers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a product i'd recommend. Try their SaaS service - makes it easier to deploy and saves a lot of time as you don't have to try worry about maintaining and operating their management server.
