What differentiates Copper from other similar products?

Every week, we receive a large number of trade queries, and Copper assists us in keeping track of them all. We used to accomplish it by just tracking our email communications, but that quickly became inefficient. Copper solves this by pulling what we were previously doing into a separate CRM. We were able to monitor the progress of many prospects with our clientele. This has taught us not to overlook anyone or their potential. The export option has been quite helpful. When the exported data is available, I receive an email and may utilize it for data analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the many phases that are accessible, as well as the various pipelines that may be created. It's also very customisable, allowing you to add your own fields for opportunities, which is useful for data analysis. I can also export data, which comes in handy for data analysis and organizing. We've been using Google Apps/G Suite/Workspace for a long time. This CRM seamlessly integrates with that tool. It improves our communication workflow and practically makes CRM automated.

Coppe assists us in resolving the issue of keeping track of each one. We used to accomplish it by just tracking our email communications, but that quickly became inefficient. Copper solves this by pulling what we were previously doing into a separate CRM. The key advantage is that emails received between one person and the customer are now available to other team members in Copper. We were able to monitor the progress of many prospects with our clientele. This has taught us not to overlook anyone or their potential.

Excellent CRM based on Google Apps.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?

The primary goal of the product is to manage client resources. We use it to keep track of all consumer conversations. I appreciate that it contains a scheduler. It greatly simplifies organizing appointments with potential clients. I also enjoy how simple it is to use the mail merging tool. I may store commonly used email templates and send them to several people at once while personalizing each message. Copper also allows me to easily follow the status of each of my possibilities in the sales funnel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Copper provides excellent connectivity with Google programs such as Gmail. It offers a lot of great features for the price. Copper Gmail connection is my favorite feature. It is simple to add new leads, persons, and so on, as well as follow up on emails. It's useful to know if, when, and how many times my emails have been viewed. I also like the task manager and how it works with Gmail and Google Calendar. It's also convenient to have all of my touchpoints for each deal and opportunity in one spot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the fact that you can't add a new industry while adding a new contact. It would be more easier and quicker to add another choice to the dropdown field when you add the person, rather than going to settings first. It does not have as many integrations as other CRMs because it is a newer, smaller CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an extremely competent CRM at an extremely inexpensive price. They lack certain sophisticated features that are acceptable when you are younger. I encourage taking full use of Copper's free trial. It's a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on experience with all of the system's features and functionalities. I don't see how you won't fall in love with this CRM once you've completed this task. I recommend that you finish all of the training modules as soon as you decide to register an account with Copper. Their training modules are brief and to the point, yet they provide a comprehensive overview of the system's functionality.
