Security Service Edge provides data loss prevention and DNS security which helped our business to grow.

As of now we haven’t faced any issue but Cisco umbrella can definitely improve with the user interaction part.

What differentiates Cisco Umbrella from other similar products?
Cisco Umbrella has so many differentiable features that resolve all of our problems. It significantly improved our network performance problems. Prior to this, our network was out-of-date, but thanks to Cisco Umbrella, we can identify the problems and address them although it operates flawlessly on our systems and vastly simplifies working in the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As technology is becoming more strong with the passage of time, authentication issues and viruses are also stronger with time, so we need a tool that gives us a secure environment and consolidates all of our data in a single place. That's why I chose Cisco Umbrella over all other tools. I found their setup to be a simpler and more manageable tool. This system simplifies daily maintenance, provides better security protection, and enhances network performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I had not so much to say bad about it but there are some things that I hate more and need improvement in. It is a bit complicated not to have integration with Cisco AMP. 2 Reporting I want it to be simpler to organize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cisco Umbrella is a reliable solution for data monitoring and internet security. The Duo security app is simple to download from the Play Store. We also benefit greatly from its close connectivity with Meraki security appliances. . Undoubtedly, Cisco Umbrella is a solution that is simple to use and maintain.
