What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data archiving functions have allowed us to obtain effective results and we can achieve an administration that allows us to improve the supervision of the company, we have Vault by Bloomberg tools for archiving data from different sources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not noticed negative features in Vault by Bloomberg yet, I can get the best results with its features and I think this is the best. Vault by Bloomberg provides robust advancements for all of our archiving and data management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Vault by Bloomberg is the ideal tool to archive data from multiple sources, it is capable of managing a large volume of information and monitoring everything with advanced reports, if I recommend it for all scenarios.

What differentiates Bloomberg Vault from other similar products?

In our organization we generate a large amount of content, both through our own projects and through alliances, in addition to all the finance material that is accumulating. All this material is necessary and yet it cannot be made available to all staff, that's when Vault takes its great value and serves as a backup and safeguarding center for our information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like your response time, you don't need a request that takes too long, and that speeds up the processes in our organization a lot. Its integration is also quite good, gaining ease of use among users. Furthermore, its regulatory system is highly competitive, giving high priority to the ranking of content and the different scope of users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It leaves some things to be desired regarding its visual interface, maybe they could make it more interactive, especially in the different menus. In addition, its implementation is usually a bit complicated in relation to other products of its type. In general terms the product is very good but requires more training than some other services found in the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I always recommend that you first verify what you need in your organization before choosing any software to solve any problem, in the specific case of Vault I recommend it for companies with a large accumulation of data and that require mobilization quickly and efficiently.

We are a financial services firm, thus Bloomberg data are an important component of all the data forms used. They are heavily used in analysis, monitoring, and modeling purposes. This enterprise archiving product works seamlessly with Bloomberg data and enable easy manipulation and customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find Bloomberg quite stringent about how it’s data is being used, for example as part of redistribution when used as part of an analysis. Bloomberg can improve on partnering with its customers on this aspect and be more flexible.
