efficiency of Balto software in understanding customers needs and agents points of improvement is high , I think it's AI is highly optimized for this purpose , real time guidance is of great help .

it is easy to use - which is basic requirement as even new users can use it and become more productive , boost in there confidence while handling clients and this help in customer satisfaction and increase in conversion rates , reporting is advance .

What do you dislike most about this product?

customization and some more features which enable it to be used with other system would be helpful .

you should give Balto a chance if you want better customer interaction and conversion rates .
