What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

I like the way Agorapulse organizes our message inbox. We get to manage and respond to all incoming messages from any of our social media accounts from one place. Thus, it is easier to review , bookmark and assign incoming messages as they are received. That we are able to do this , has greatly reduced pile-up of unanswered messages and , has made it difficult for social media messages to be missed by the entire team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Agorapulse comes with collaboration tools, that has connected the efforts of everyone involved actively or passively in our social media operations. I can follow and track the action of every of my team mate . I can add labels to categorize social media users of interests to us , assign conversations to specific team mates , and likewise jot small internal notes , to give my team a bit of context before they contact a social media user of interest.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Strange that Agorapulse still does not support Tik-tok at this present time, despite the popularity of the social network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well suited for overall management of social media presence across multiple platforms. It is not the strongest social media tool in terms of analytical information and it obviously does not support newer social media applications like Tik-tok.
