monday.com Is Focused on User Adoption As WFH Continues

Adoption is one of the biggest challenges that organizations deal with when implementing commercial project management tools. Amid a global pandemic, this challenge has only been exasperated with many working from home.

monday.com is promising that its very visual platform, complete with dancing llamas, can even be used by those who are not tech savvy, resulting in higher adoption. In a briefing, monday’s Senior Partnerships and Business Development Manager, Avital Cohen, said that “companies need a fast tool [because] they can’t implement anything too complex right now.”

She also pointed out the key features and services that clients can leverage during this time:

  • An Internal Whiteboard App
  • No-code automation to build quick workflows
  • Departmental Workspaces
  • Customizable dashboards
  • Remote employee onboarding
  • Remote work hub with webinars
  • Dedicated support and onboarding assistance

There’s no denying that user adoption has always been a hurdle for vendors in this space, and mass remote-work scenarios with virtual teams are not making it any easier. More than ever, organizations will be looking for simple, easy-to-use solutions so they can continue business as usual.
