ConnectWise Now and SSO Streamlines Product Management for Its MSP Partners

ConnectWise, a software provider for IT automation and management tools, has released three enhancements to streamline product management for its MSP clients:

  • ConnectWise Now, a new centralized and customizable management interface that enables MSPs to monitor key operational and business metrics in one location. This includes IT operations dashboards (e.g. to display high-priority tickets, patch compliance, active remote-control sessions, and so on) as well as information for other aspects of the business from sales to financial data.

  • Single-sign on for all ConnectWise products, simplifying login and access management.

  • ConnectWise Marketplace, redesigned to make it easier for partners to purchase services through ConnectWise, including third-party solutions offered by ConnectWise. The site also now supports license and usage-based purchasing and billing. The Marketplace enhancements are expected to also be available to non-partners later this summer.

Our Take

These enhancements are aimed at simplifying management and administration for MSP partners, which has the potential to provide downstream service improvements for MSP customers. However, for the most part, these enhancements will be transparent to the end customer.
