What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?
Salesforce is not just CRM, It has a lot more capabilities which makes it different from others. With salesforce sky is the limit. So you can develop as many solutions as you need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about salesforce is that your all business needs can be full fill under one umbrella.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are still a few products where Salesforce has not enhanced features, such as Data Loader, Web-to-Lead, and Sales Cloud.

What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?
Unlike other similar products, Salesforce is entirely operated through cloud. You can use Salesforce at any place where there is internet
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like about Salesforce is that a case is automatically created once a client emails the assigned email of the platform and is also automatically designated to the correct account.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When a case is closed, a follow-through email in the same case is not immediately assisted. A notification of a follow-through email in a closed case will be helpful to the case handler.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the benefits of Salesforce is you can check all the requests made by clients through the cases. It will be a big help in monitoring statuses of different clients
