What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my workplace, Workvivo is used for all forms of internal communication. The system has a feature that allows us to ask for affiliate acknowledgement when we utilize the tool to declare policies. Although it functions more like a Facebook or Instagram newsfeed, there is also an option to pin a post if it is significant and demands everyone's attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many things to dislike, but one could be that the alerts occasionally tend to be a little repetitive and that a lot of emails come in at once while I'm working or awaiting another email. This can cause some minor distractions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use it to upload pictures of our dogs and to hold competitions, as well as to announce rewards and team-building activities and publicize internal corporate events. It's like a professional version of Facebook where we can stay informed about events taking place across the entire organization.

The way images are displayed when we post many photos in a single post.

Link trees could be shortened or more efficient. The user interface updates quite slowly.

We recommend Workvivo because it's easy to use, wonderful for staying connected in the distant world, and a great communication tool that helps us get along better. We post on Workvivo, tag the necessary teams, departments or locations and proceed from there instead of sending multiple emails that not everyone needs to read.
