Helps to realize & fix end users' pain points
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?
Dedicated training program, continuous support & client-first approach. App itself is easy-to-use and not limiting the user potential for guidance creation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to start using the app and the more you use it, the more opportunities for process improvements & automations you'll spot. It is a great tool to get things done fast & conceptualize the guidance, track the performance of it and adjust based on the feedback.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It depends on the integration method & environment to which you're deploying WalkMe, yet it might happen that figuring out where the issue sits (WalkMe vs website itself) might be problematic. For more advanced use of WalkMe capabilities, user has to be aware of basic programming language (HTML, CSS, jquery) which is not a bad thing, yet its worth to consider it at the beginning of the project.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a quick way to improve the user adoption and digital uptake of your solution, WalkMe can help you identify opportunities & user pain points. Following it up with analytics capabilities, you'll be able to answer these points with solutions fit for purpose. This process might be faster than reaching out to application/website directly and waiting for them to answer the need, so definietly if you're into customising the journey, then you should consider WalkMe as the tool worth using.
