The biggest pro of Splunk is that it helps us a lot in solving our numerous problems. It does so as it comprises AI-guided insights and it ensures full visibility. It has the capability to detect our problems automatically and recover it accordingly in time. The way it finds the root cause of problem is highly appreciable. It has brought much reduction in the overall meantime for resolving issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is performing a great job. The only difficulty is that the new users find it quite tricky in the beginning as its learning curve is quite steep but they get used to after getting familiar with it. Its price is quite high due to which it is non affordable for small business setups.
