What differentiates SignRequest from other similar products?

Ease of use, especially setting up signatures to be captured as well as having our customer quickly and easily sign

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google doc integration - We setup our contracts within google docs and use the integration to generate the sign request document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend setting up Sign Request for your business needs. It has resolved a major issue for us for getting contracts signed. The turn around time due to its ease of use is excellent.

What differentiates SignRequest from other similar products?

More simple for client use. With other sign request, there tends to be more complicated steps. With sign request, it is short sweet and to the point. Clients have given us compliments about using such an easy to work system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect would be how easy it is to use. You set up the boxes in the required field and send it off. There are no extra steps, or delays with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of security. If for some reason you send it to the wrong email address, there is no going back. I think being able to add something simple like a pin to be able to open the sign request email is something that can go a long way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it 100%, just make sure to double check where you're sending it to, along with the documents attached. This is more of a human error, but sign request doesn't have much to help reduce the risk of human error.

Digital Signature Not the same as e-signature. A digital signature is an encrypted packet associated with a document. Encrypted and decrypted via keys in a signatory certificate.

Audit Trail View all previous activity including any recent edits and user access.

Notifications Alerting can be triggered by the application including documents that are not signed making administration much easier.
