Within Sciforma PPM dashboards, interfaces to find real-time data have been created, making quick decision adjustments possible. The tools for resource management in Sciforma PPM are so efficient that they are capable of distributing the workload fairly among teams, thus preventing burnout, and as a result, projects run smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
On the other hand, the flexibility of the software in fitting into our exclusive needs as opposed to dictating to us what to do is the key feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it can serve as an excellent tool for project management on the big scale, Sciforma PPM can be a bit slow in handling small design tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The scheduling functionality in Sciforma PPM has turned around the way we handle and keep track of design projects.

The text flows logically and without errors. This simplicity is what really sets Sciforma PPM apart. Sciforma PPM reports are both robust and easy to use, with key project metrics tracked over time in clear charts and graphs. To identify potential problems, I can focus on root causes, such as resource allocation or interdependencies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was difficult to monitor a large project portfolio and identify bottlenecks at an early stage. Since the implementation of this software, all documents, risks, and project statuses are centralized and always available. Open communication about modifications helps remote teams have a common understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although customization is possible, starting from scratch every time is inefficient. Preset templates can increase the productivity of routine analysis.
