The integration with existing IT software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the total cost at completion of customization was a little pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a dedicated team allotted a decent amount of time to learn the full benefits and make use of the support team.

Variety of Training Materials Training is delivered through many media including videos, decks, emails, posters, and other supplemental training materials.

Just in Time Alerts Integration with other security technologies, such as DLP, EPP, etc. allows users to be warned before taking potentially dangerous actions.

Security Awareness Dashboards and Reporting Dashboards and reports for employee completion of training, test scores, and other aspects of the security awareness and training program.

Customizability Training content can be modified or customized to organizational needs. This can be done through the product itself or by direct request to the vendor.
