What differentiates PractiTest from other similar products?

Its potential is that it is an easy tool to use and implement. Being a relatively medium-sized company in the market, customer service responds immediately, even its own CEO does so with great pleasure. That makes this tool special. The method for working on projects is very flexible. The QA team was quite receptive and happy with the acquisition of the tool. The way in which reports are detailed, alerts are created, integrated with other applications, notifications are sent, cases are raised, when it allows detailing test and project cases... really special, that's what I baptize it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way you reuse board elements for better traceability is fascinating; Each test instance can be successful by filter nesting, and this is not difficult to set up. I like this; And i like the price of the license.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is intuitive, it has a rather old-fashioned look. I think the programming and design tools offer amazing components that PractiTest could for your tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to migrate information, PractiTest facilitates it, it is my recommendation because it is worth using the tool to carry out test management for the QA department and projects in general, it has that modality.

What differentiates PractiTest from other similar products?

Ease of use and customization capabilities of Practitest is a big plus for this tool . Admins can really customize most of the fields and workflows with simple steps . UI has been designed to make life simpler for UAT business user ( Non IT background).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization capabilities . I have worked with lot of different test management tools but Practitest surely has an edge on all of them with respect to customizations. We can customize workflows , fields as per the project requirement . Another impressive factor are their dashboards and reports. It has a lot of predefined reports that can be easily used for test reporting and customizable dashboards for business and stakeholders progress review.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need more integration capability with Automation tooling ( Some major automation tools like Microfocus ,Tricentis, Work Soft ,etc ) .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your requirement is to have a SaaS based Test Management tool which can be used easily by Business users for UAT and which can give you end to end capability from requirement management till defect workflow , then Practitest can easily be the choice. Also the pricing that Practitest has kept is quite competitive for the kind of features they are providing.

What differentiates PractiTest from other similar products?

The features that set PractiTest apart from other tools include the ability to clone test cases across different projects, the integration with Jira, the ability to use webhooks for integration with our custom automation tests, and the extensive filtering functionalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We love the ability to create custom fields and to set up filters. Being able to use filters instead of folders like many other test case management tools really allows more flexibility and allows us to organize our test cases into many different categories. We also love the clear visibility of test cases in Jira and being able to see their run status along with being able to click right into the test case from the Jira ticket.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing we dislike most is the fact that a test case always reflects the most recent run status. For our purposes, we use the same test cases for many different pages, so in order to have clean records we have to clone our test cases for each page that we are testing. It would be preferable if the test case didn't carry the past run's history with it when using it again in a new test run.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We definitely recommend this product; while it has it's quirks and areas of improvement, overall it is very flexible and those things are easy to work around. It has been an immense help to us with keeping our regression test cases organized and being able to quickly and easily set up test runs. The features that are included for the price of the product really make it a great choice.
