What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?
It is way nimbler than most commerce products. Its simplicity makes it better fit for B2B. CPQ,OCC,Subscription cloud seamlessly integrate with each other with minimal effort and facilitate an ecosystem for modern commerce. The improvement of Oracle commerce has been quite significant in an year - from bust to boom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ecosystem of CPQ, OCC and subscription cloud and the newere OSF framework in a development standpoint.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I encountered some database level bugs which were a pain and needed assistance from Oracle.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product for the B2B world. Also fits the B2C world seamlessly. There is no need to hire specialist developers. Strong Javascript or React resources could get most things up and running

At times you'd like to customize your data windows to a further degree.

I recommend anyone considering the use of Oracle CX reach out to their free customer service line and have all of your questions answered. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful to get you the information you need.
