It’s solely appropriate for large call centers provided they maintain a Salesforce engineering team to form and implement all the options as per the Support department’s requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Useful gizmo for helpdesk and different IT support staff. Extensive follow-up possibilities and communication support. We previously used this technique for managing our support price tag queues, in addition to other organization-wide processes. There are some very neat ways to customize this software, and a few nice little things like SMS integration, views that you just can create, and a solid calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I favor omnitracker because it is a consumer management administration platform wherever I can have much more personalized attention according to the needs of clients.
