Lack of connectors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a proof of concept using a sandbox. Test your connectors so you have an idea of the level of difficulty.

Nintex has a professional and comprehensive roadmap for successful process automation, as it emphasizes digitization from the first phase, providing visibility and control over processes before automating them, in the second phase you can build intelligent automation workflows using Nintex automation cloud and incorporate Robotic Process Automation RPA, to streamline your critical business processes and the third phase you can gain analytics and outcomes from these apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very comprehensive solution and integrated solution that fits in any organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not multi language yet and is better suited for large organizations as it may be oversized and expensive for small companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don’t have a digital transformation plan and are automating without an adequate digital foundation, Nintex offers the professional roadmap that can help you achieve successful automation, as it starts with the digitization of your critical processes, this help to get organized and regain control of your processes from a digital perspective.

What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?

Nintex offers a complete and flexible set of tools for creating dynamic electronic forms for use inside and outside our organization, as well as a full-featured workflow automation platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool and interface present a low-code solution with a gentle learning curve so that our less experienced team members quickly gain the skills necessary to create simple solutions. It also has advanced functions and features that allow greater flexibility in creating custom workflow actions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is quite high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company is looking for a robust solution for process automation and is willing to invest in a quality tool, Nintex is an excellent option.
