What differentiates NCR VOYIX POS - Counterpoint from other similar products?

NCR is a well known POS in retail. Multiple companies use them. While working with them, I don’t know if any feature that they had that others that worked retail didn’t. They all pretty much do the same thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The inventory accuracy. The only issue is when someone punched in amount instead of scanning barcode.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I disliked the most was all the time it would go offline and you had to call the help desk. They weren’t always friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have more than one super user and multiple people who understand the product inside out out. If you only have one super user and one person who really knows the system and they quit, then you are screwed. Also write everything down. No one remembers everything from the training.
