What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Tight integration with the MS ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The instant messaging.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Team Channels. Absolutely despise the concept of posts and posting to individual posts. I just want actual channels which act as group chats. This seems overly complicated and poorly implemented. Most of my team isn't even aware of posts which are made and whether they should read them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

None really. It's this or Slack. Use this if you use microsoft products.

Microsoft Teams mainly for chat and video calls, and it’s quite good, especially for connecting with people in the office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy integration with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Simple and organized interface. Fast and stable video calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop app can feel bloated at times. Sometimes it’s hard to navigate to older messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Office suite, Teams is a must. It works great for in-house work but could use some improvements for personal use.
