What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Sharepoint offers collaboration tools such as website creation, document management, workflow creation and integration with other Microsoft 365 applications, on the other hand we have OneDrive which focuses only on file storage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very focused on creating sites and intranets where we can share information with other users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Yes, obviously I like it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sharepoint goes much further in integrating with other Microsoft 365 services such as Power BI for greater functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft SharePoint is its complexity for new users. The learning curve can be steep, especially when it comes to setting up and managing permissions, creating workflows, or customizing sites, which may require extensive training or IT support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
