I would say that it is cost affective what is very attractive compared to other solutions

The self service tool empowers end users to resolve common issues on their own

It has a rather complex setup which results in a high learning curve for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a comprehensive understanding of your current IT setup and requirements. Request demos and trials of the service this will allow you to evaluate the user interface and features
