Develop your criteria and business requirements thoroughly in order to implement what you need, without having to redesign CMDB elements down the road.

It brings all features on the market, plus the ability to use it On-Premise and therefore better control security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very friendly and complete web interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not having the ability to run it on Linux as full integration with other ManageEngine Products (DesktopCentral).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, this is one of the most complete product on the market, they also constantly evolve and bring new features.
