What differentiates Hubstaff from other similar products?

It helps keep track of your tasks as well. Ensure accuracy for the benefit of the business and personnel. To keep track of my clients, jobs, and invoicing, I use Hubstaff every day. They are straightforward to work with and are constantly willing to assist. I have recommended it, without a doubt, all remote employees!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have team members from various cities, but I've never had trouble scheduling them. The user interface is easily navigable. The percentage of work and mobility gives you a good idea of whether a worker is active, and hub personnel takes three random screenshots every hour. Hubstaff is fantastic for measuring productivity since it measures your activity percentage based on the periods you checked in by seeing mouse movements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The scroll bar on the right side of the app occasionally needs to be added. I am still trying to understand why. The product abruptly halted or was interrupted without warning. Periodically check to see if it's moving. I occasionally need to change the time entered, but I need help to get it to let me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can also rapidly train a new manager how to keep tabs on people under them. The ability to add a prompt for a reminder if you haven't checked in by a given time is my favorite feature. For instance, if you log in every day at 8:30, you can set a reminder for 8:35.

What differentiates Hubstaff from other similar products?

Additionally, the ability to take screenshots is beneficial, especially for those that handle sensitive information. I appreciate the drop-down menu's inclusion because I am constantly adding time to my timesheet. It truly saves time. The program is simple to use, particularly if you've just started freelancing or working remotely for a client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a fantastic international staff, and Hubstaff dramatically assists us. They are very reliable. We resolved an internal disagreement on how to handle some finances, which led to the promotion of one employee and the termination of another. All of this was verified thanks to the time and activity tracking feature of this software. Hubstaff's ability to make managing a remote team is appealing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

During using the application, I discovered several bugs. It needs more granularity because it is impossible to use decimal points of hours (or minutes). The time for the next day is occasionally added to the previous day because it doesn't reset after 24 hours. Since only the quantity of mouse movement and keyboard use is considered, getting a high productivity score can take time and effort.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It does help a lot in finding workers who are engaging in unrelated activities while they should be working. Because of the percentage of work and movement, you can roughly determine whether the worker is idle. The program also has many helpful features, like the ability to add or change your monitored time in case you forget to clock in or out.

With Hubstaff, there is better and improved productivity thanks to effective management and monitoring of employee performance

I like that Hubstaff is seamless to use and makes tracking and monitoring easy With Hubstaff, it becomes easy to boost productivity

Never experienced any dislikes as Hubstaff has been working as it should

I recommend Hubstaff as it is the best I have used in employee monitoring. It has all the important features for business
