What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Shortening the period in the same way reduces the cycle time by removing the physical transmission on paper between the various parties for authorization. This is an important feature and whoever had access to it, thanks to the diversity of parties to the contract, enjoyed the benefits. We were able to save a ton of time. The biggest advantage is the reduction in time needed to complete the signing procedure and the convenience of completing it. All team members involved in the closing operation were able to close the documents without much difficulty.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Option to incorporate anchor text so that the grouping of the mark fits perfectly with the writing. Also, the assisted signature procedure supports placing the signature in the appropriate locations and leaving none behind. The use of the electronic signature in the mobile version was helpful, because users can have documents signed on the go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
More administrative controls would benefit from more control during the closing phase, particularly for documents that have more than a two-part complication and require a signature. The API needs to be refined, I think DocuSign is facing difficulties. Despite this, from time to time, the API practice is tricky, as it will not give the expectations you want in the real context even though it works perfectly in the testing area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For my partner, DocuSign was helpful in completing the signing procedure via the computer, this is a top tier Fortune 500 company. i was part of the core group in the startup and we applied it to the entire contract domain. Within the contract arena, one can intuit the amount of time and energy it takes to get to the execution stage, based on the existing contract. Particularly in the area of signing various documents involving multiple parties. The use of DocuSign has decreased the duration of the agreement procedure between my client and the other participants.
