What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?

Cost and value. The team at Financial Force services really really care about there customers and this the biggest difference I find as compared to other companies that offer the same product. They also will provide great on going hands on service showing that they really want to assist with amy issues that may arise.

I really didn't dislike anything about this product. I highly recommend that you try it out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely set up a meeting or demo, you really can't explain enough how the services they offer will make your job much earlier

The mobile apps for time card and expenses logging are really cool and seamless integration with salesforce CRM adds more value

The mobile apps for time card and expenses logging are really cool and seamless integration with salesforce CRM adds more value

What do you dislike most about this product?

The help documents for specific modules were evolving during our implementation 2 years ago

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended for Resource management and Project management modules. The analytics part is good with the salesforce reports but we had to use Tabelau due to the salesforce platform limitations
