What differentiates Bizagi Automation from other similar products?

Bizagi is very intuitive and easy to use compared to other solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can quickly model several processes and see how they interact, saving on time and allowing for faster solution deployment.,

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few interfaces that could have been made more intuitive, but that's not true for most of the UI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As long as you are compliant with BPMN, you'll be fine.
