What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?
The ease with which remote sessions can be initiated on multiple computers and servers, as well as the intuitiveness and friendliness of its interface, are truly remarkable. My company has used it to improve internal support processes and to perform remote troubleshooting for our customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have been able to improve both our internal and external support processes. AnyDesk allows us to respond to customer support requests online, which eliminates the need for physical travel.
