What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?

A major highlight of AEM is its robust digital asset management capabilities. It enables the creation of intuitive workflows to handle everything from images, documents, multimedia, and code assets. Features like version control, referencing, annotations, and dynamic tagging save tremendous time when wrangling web content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Efficiently managing underlying content is critical but challenging when building websites and applications. AEM is a leading web content management system tailored for developers. AEM shines with its CRX content repository, unified API layer, extensible components, and integration support with IDEs, enabling us to customize experiences faster. Options for coding in HTL, JavaScript, or integrating frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue are available to accelerate development. The AEM SDK and local dispatcher also facilitate building and testing sites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be helpful to have more out-of-the-box capabilities for handling global multi-site content sharing across brands. The learning process can be difficult for beginners, and expanding starter kits and site templates could improve this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

AEM has been invaluable for our engineering team. It enables us to deliver dynamic digital experiences faster by streamlining our web content workflow on one flexible platform. Unlocking efficiency through AEM is a huge win for any software team building modern sites at scale. Its time-savings and agility gains are game-changing.

What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?

The scalability and ease of usage across multiple stakeholders differentiates AEM from other products in the market. Not to mention the full Adobe suite on offer including Analytics

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI is not easy for beginners.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it only if your business is running at a large scale that requires such an advanced product as AEM

What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?

The usability around website creation and management is much easier and quick to implement. Its integration with other tools/applications is amazing!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The responsive pages are straightforward to create. AEM is also easy to integrate with other tools for reporting, analysis, spell check, and broken link corrections/reporting. This software is always very consistent in updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability to learn about the new product. It would be helpful to have more introduction tools and videos without having to connect with customer service, although they are great to work with!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are no recommendations for becoming familiar with the software and learning over time.
