Ezy Invoice 3000 is a complete invoicing system with customer tracking, sales reports, receipt handling, etc... the list goes on. This will prove very useful for anyone running a small business.

INSTALLATION

The install was as simple as it gets. The loader is the same as many programs on the market today hit the next button a few times like normal and then hit the finish button. It was going to place a icon on my desktop for ease of finding. Overall easy to install.

CONFIGURATION

As for configuration, wow! easy! I think a kid could configure this program with all the toolbar tips. The program had no bad things to work out when creating my database it was a complete walk-through to get it up and going.

INTERFACE

The interface is amazing runs in a full screen environment which is re-sizeable down to a little screen. All the program windows open in the main screen and are easy to fill in all the details. The screen you work in is amazing with nice color coordination and graphics.

FUNCTIONALITY

From the beginning it was easy there are a few popup's explaining what the program needs from you. When I first opened the program I was amazed at the load time, very smooth and fast. The first few screens walk you through setting up your account, then you enter the main screen where you can setup your customer database and all your inventory. The whole program has a lot of nice features all very well layed out. I set up everything I could and found this program to be something a nice sized office could use to keep track of all there inventory with ease.

CONCLUSION

The whole product itself was easy to work in and for the hard work that went into it, I believe it will be something a lot of people will find very useful. It keeps track of your inventory and is very user friendly.

PROS: a. Easy to setup b. Very cost effective. CONS: a. Not useful for corporate companies.
