What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
Tableau is one of the oldest data analysis, reporting and monitoring tools, I know that I can always rely on it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the way I can visulize the data with many different alternative mechanisms
What do you dislike most about this product?
This tool is not native to any platform that's why integrations are sometimes difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend them to use this tool even with a freemium version

Tableau CRM is integrated with Salesforce, which allows easily access and analyse data from Salesforce without having to export it to another system. It is easy to use even for users with no prior experience with data analytics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of this product is, Self-service data discovery, means it makes easy for users to explore their data and discover insights on their own. It makes easy to Collaborate on data insights.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tableau CRM Analytics is a relatively expensive platform, especially for small businesses. It does not support all data types, which limits the types of data that we can analyse.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Tableau CRM Analytics is a good platform as it provides Salesforce analytics, easy to use. But, for small businesses it an expensive platform and it does not support all data types.
