What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
Kantata includes both Professional Services automation tools (time tracking, resource planning, project tracking, billing, etc.) as well as project management (task tracking) and end client collaboration tools. This is a rare combination of features that when combined, provides a highly powerful professional services toolset!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My aspect is the project management and end client collaboration tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data integration (in one specific case - Sage Intacct) did not result in as effective integration as desired.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Listen to your implementation lead and start with a crawl/walk/run approach. Achieve the core goals and then expand to add in additional features after the go-live.
