What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with other IBM tools, because IBM Engineering integrates seamlessly with other IBM tools, such as IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next, IBM Rational Quality Manager, and IBM Rational Team Concert. This integration allows us to easily share information and data between tools, which can help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their testing process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the only bad thing I might face when trying to implement such a solution is the price, but if you are relatively a big company, it definitely worth the hassle.

The best recommendation is trying the free trial first and do your best to get training. The learning curve in such software is not easy so make sure you don't waste your money and learn first.
