What differentiates Elastic Observability from other similar products?
Elasticsarch is a powerful engine with a distributed architecture capable of handling vast amounts of data from multiple sources and providing real-time analysis. Elasticsearch is continuously developing and improving its features, and the vendor and open-source community support guarantee a successful implementation for many use cases.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Platform performance. Multi-source integration. Machine Learning.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Visualization features have room for improvement with more powerful and dynamic visualizations oriented to the management level besides operations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First, Identify the use cases and start using the product, whether on-prem or cloud, since it is easy to install and integrate; this provides real experience for a precise assessment. Once the assessment has concluded, I would recommend defining a strategy based on value creation for IT operations and business, including an adoption plan, technology training, and data-driven use cases roadmap.

What differentiates Elastic Observability from other similar products?
Enables you to organize and visualize large amount of data. We have millions of data sets streaming into our systems from various application services and Elasticsearch manages it and makes it ready in real time to be analysed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Visualizing data with the help of Kibana, this makes it easy to filter and create Dashboards by querying and displaying specific data
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initial set up is a bit more complicated and can be simplified to make it easy for new users. More documentation and tutorials can be made on guidance on how to set it up and use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have large amount of data sets that needs to be searched , filtered and visualized for analytical purpose then Elasticsearch is the best tool for that type of task.

What differentiates Elastic Observability from other similar products?
1. The Query DSL is very easy to learn & apply for our various search operations on our data. 2. Supports geographical data for location-based search. 3. Provides various text analysis functionality for my application's data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1. With Elastic search, we analyze logs of our microservices-based application to fix bugs. 2. With ElasticSearch, we accumulate data across the microservices of our product for visualization & other business purposes. 3. The benefit of elastic search is that, since data is in JSON format, all our microservices can easily change the data structure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. Multiple services concurrently updating the same elastic search index create an issue with our data. 2. Traditional ways to store data like Oracle SQL Database used to handle this problem much better
