Great Features and Price Point for Clients

What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

We use CallRail in high volume for a large quantity of clients. CallRail allows us to subdivide different aspects of the products we offer into their own subcategories and gives users within our own organization access to the relevant subcategory that they directly work with, but not otherwise. This makes it almost like having separate CallRail accounts and helps departments from employing different strategies or settings on top of eachother. Very smart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've yet to have any issues with the tracking/call quality itself. That's the most important feature and the one that our client's see the most. Recording, audio quality and no error's in connecting the tracking number to the source number means an overall great experience for the business caller as well as the client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface could be updated and be a bit more flashy...but it's totally not a necessity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

CallRail wins as far as quality of call recording, ease of setup, trainability and building user segmented permissions. We're huge fans. Pricing is reasonable.

Vital in tracking conversions for various channels

What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

The dynamic number insertion on a website adds the ability to track phone call conversions to the channel/source. This gives the ability to know which marketing channels are performing the best and helps decide how budgets should get split up to put towards the ones that are performing the best or see where there is room for improvement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dynamic number insertion to track phone calls on websites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can get a bit expensive if you want to take advantage of some of the additional features as well as if you have a need for a large amount of numbers and get a lot of phone calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The 10 numbers that come with the basic account should cover most small business needs unless you are trying to track a lot of different channels (website, social media, online ads, offline marketing like print/billboards/collateral/etc.

3 things come to mind immediately 1. price - they are a lot less expensive than some of the alternatives available 2. ease of implementation and integration with our company's other platforms 3. tech support is so much more available than other platforms

how quick and easy it is to set up for a new client

tech support is great, until you hit a certain level of problems. If it can't be immediately resolved on a lower level, an issue will be escalated to a point where if they can't fix it you just have to deal with it on your own

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

do a deep review of all the platforms for call tracking that are available. Narrow it down to your top 3 choices and do a deeper dive into each platform. Call Rail was very transparent and did not push a hard sell when inquiring about the platform or during the research and discovery phase
