What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
Big Time has a great user interface with a great value for price. I love the fact that it provides the variety of features and gives data insights in the form of dashboards and report forms that are very easy to comprehend even for a non data person

My favourite aspect of Big Time is its dashboard and report layout that is very informative and catchy and very easy to use even for a non data person
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the customer support of Big Time because my whole purpose of using this software is to save time but customer support takes a lot of time sometimes

I would recommend this software to anyone who is looking for creating informative dashboards easily and effectively for hectic tasks like expense tracking and managing invoices

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
It spares a parcel of time for the admin and bookkeeping office, we already recorded time in Quickbooks, which was all entered by hand. With BigTime, we will record our time, and with a couple of buttons, we are able send all the data from our employees' timesheets to Quickbooks for finance. It is exceptionally valuable to have the capacity to keep track of the time went through within the stages. We too collaborate with other firms on our contracts, we utilize this as a extend and asset administration device for all contracts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The program is simple to use for our workers and contractors, and I like the sync possibilities with QuickBooks online. It has proven really helpful in verifying the information; moreover, the synchronization mechanism allows us to establish projects in BigTime that are not yet in the billing phase and retain them there until the project is awarded to us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The invoice template is not as configurable as the QuickBooks templates, it takes time to comprehend what's going on in the background in some parts, and our Quickbooks sync occasionally fails, but it's difficult to know if it's an issue on BigTime's or Quickbooks' end.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a simple, yet very adjustable and adaptable application that we now use for real-time tracking and paying; it's really simple to use and navigate for all of our users. There are numerous basic reports available, or we can develop our own. Billing is also quite simple; there are so many possibilities for how to bill that we can choose whatever makes the most sense for us and our clients depending on many details.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BigTime provides a variety of tools for managing tasks and workflows, including task lists, Gantt charts, and kanban boards. This information can be used to keep track of project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reports having bugs and glitches also this software is not familiar due to new in market. Further, i found this software little expensive as compared to other project management softwares.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bigtime is flexible project management and time tracking software. It is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface.
