Certinia has a good value for money and helps in managing various services in a very effective manner. I love the variety of features it provides

Factor aspect of using Certinia is its vast features and great process automation techniques

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the part where it is not easy to use for a non IT person making it inaccessible for me

I would recommend this to a person good with software and someone looking to automate their processes in an effective manner for better decision making

Its bit difficult to manage from sys admin prospective. There are not many resources available to provide guidance.

I totally recommend this product for anyone who is looking to manage their projects and someone who also wants to improve accounting for their organization.
