What do you dislike most about this product?

Email Interface when compared to Gmail. It is difficult to get users to switch to only using Accelo Inbox for all business emails

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know your workflow first. Spend the time defining how work moves through your organization and the steps and actions that need to happen. Then implement that in Accelo. The Accelo implementation is the easy part.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

I wasn't able to find anything else like it when I looked. There are definitely apps out there that perform better in one particular category, but as an all-in-one I'm not sure who the actual competitors are.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All of our data is in one place. From CRM and Deals, to Projects, Retainers, and tasks, we're able to keep everything in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be buggy, as in the software doesn't always seem to behave in the way that the technical documentation indicates that it will. This means that some of the features that are there aren't usable, which is incredibly frustrating. Development is also slow compared with other apps, and I'm worried that it will be passed up in time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for teams that have the ability to customize products, but don't want or need the ability for complete customization. Check out the Community Forum and idea board for shortalls and other customer issues.

The breadth of features, and automation/triggers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time management, ease of finding time logged, and basic reporting functions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Invoicing a bit rigid, and lacks audit trail for editing invoices. Glitches in some invoices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Make use of all the features you can, probably get help with implementation from get go, rather than DIY approach.
